I build apps and ship them. Right now that's LevelMate and Packliste, both on the App Store. I use AI to move fast, then do the finishing by hand, because the last 20 percent is where apps are won or lost. I make physical things too, not just software (3D printing, laser, mountain biking). German, building in the open.

Morgen geht’s ins Phantasialand. Also nutze ich natürlich Packliste: Liste anlegen, Sachen abhaken und hoffen, dass am Ende wirklich alles dabei ist.
Ich baue LevelMate gerade auf Freemium um.
Gerade sortiere ich, welche Funktionen wirklich Premium sind und was einfach zur Basis der App gehören sollte. Die App soll dadurch nicht unnötig kompliziert werden.

Packliste läuft jetzt auf dem iPad, Listen lassen sich teilen, und dahinter steckt ein Wechsel von SwiftData zurück auf Core Data.
Ich baue gerade Marketingvideos für Packliste 3.0 mit Claude Code und HyperFrames. Ziel ist, die neuen Funktionen nicht nur zu zeigen, sondern in wenigen Sekunden verständlich zu machen.
